What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the functional Data Migration Team in design and gap analysis projects
2. Compile and confirm Data Object Inventory for migration processes
3. Coordinate data mapping, transformation, and validation rules from legacy systems to SAP
4. Provide guidance on data harmonization and cleansing to the business
5. Advise on risks and impacts related to data conversion throughout the project

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP data migrations
2. Experience in a Data Migration lead role for at least one project
3. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
4. Strong understanding of conversion tools, methodologies, and best practices for data migration
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Knowledge of data migration cockpit is preferred but not required
2. Experience managing mock data migration cycles and cutover to production
3. Functional SAP experience is a plus
4. Strong client service attitude and organizational skills
