Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand sales within existing customer base; prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities, including competitive accounts and targeted non-core physicians/businesses.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels.
- Coach, mentor, and lead Territory Managers through the sales process of significant accounts.
- Create quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and face-to-face selling time in the territory.
- Develop and manage pipeline, ensure progression, conduct cold calls and on-site visits.
- Forecast sales and submit reports timely.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to meet sales targets monthly and quarterly.
- Travel within the territory and to the United States for training, tradeshows, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, capital equipment sales, or medical devices.
- Proven success in meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
- Ability to manage quotas exceeding $1.5 million annually.
- Skilled in managing and closing complex sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle.
