We are seeking individuals who are passionate about ensuring the safety and well‑being of the public as well as our client. As a Security Professional, you will be at the forefront of security, playing a crucial role in maintaining order, peace and the confidence of those who pass through our site every day. Job Requirements
  • Conduct proactive patrols of public and secure areas to detect threats, safety hazards, and policy violations.
  • Respond to incidents, conflicts, and emergencies—working closely with RCMP when required.
  • Provide exceptional public assistance, using strong communication and de‑escalation skills.
  • Complete hourly patrol reports and maintain accurate documentation, including incident and daily activity reports.
  • Lead weekly RAP Pass audits to ensure full access‑control compliance.
  • Support long‑term and short‑term parking operations, including issuing parking tickets and relocating vehicles as needed.
  • Deliver prompt radio responses and professional support to clients and persons with disabilities.
  • Escort pilots and subcontractors while enforcing all access‑control procedures.
  • Manage the lost & found program with full traceability.
  • Keep logbooks clear, consistent, and audit‑ready.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, community partners, and law enforcement.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills—verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a high level of performance, commitment, and motivation.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and strong decision‑making skills.
  • Physically fit—ability to respond quickly to a variety of incidents on foot.
  • Valid Security License with the province of British Columbia.
  • CPR & AED training & certification.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from site.
