As the only national organization dedicated to supporting Inuit artists working in all media and geographic areas, the Inuit Art Foundation has sought to empower and support Inuit artists’ self-expression and self-determination, while increasing the public’s access to and awareness of artists’ work.
They provide emerging and established artists with the tools and programming they need to chart the course of their own careers. This includes training and mentorship opportunities, access to markets, cultivation of the next generation of Inuit arts writers and critics, and help to access grant opportunities for visual and performing artists.
The Director of Operations plays a key leadership role in ensuring the IAF operates efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with its mission and values. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Board of Directors, the Director of Operations will oversee the organization’s operational, financial, and administrative functions while fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the team.
