  • Ensure adherence to all process and quality standards and specifications throughout the assembly process.

  • Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with engineering and management teams to implement best practices.

  • Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Promote and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies within the production area.

  • Ensure all team members follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards or unsafe practices.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, defects, downtime, and other key performance metrics.

  • Provide regular updates to the operations management team regarding team performance, production status, and any challenges encountered.

  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in transformer core assembly or a similar industrial environment.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production team.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
