Your role as Services Contract Manager will be to develop, draft, review and negotiate all types of contracts for services sold to our customers. You'll have to understand and identify the business needs, as well as build and evaluate the risks in order to propose and negotiate the best contract.
You will work on the basis of contractual standards, which are then customized and modified according to business requirements and negotiations with our customers.

Your challenges:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand specific technical and business needs and develop appropriate contractual strategies;
- Establish close and trusting relationships with our customers;
- Define, create and write contractual standards, taking into account legal risks, company policies and business needs. Before being published, contractual standards are validated by the legal department and the business;
- Negotiate contracts with our customers, adapt and amend Service contracts in line with Airbus/Airbus Canada objectives and policies;
- Identify potential risks in contractual clauses, assess their impact and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively;
- Apply the governance put in place, notably by obtaining business and management approvals prior to contract signature. Once the contract has been signed, other teams are responsible for its execution.
Your boarding pass:
- You hold a Business or Law degree;
- You have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in the contract management, drafting and negotiation fields. Experience in the aerospace customer service environment is an asset;
- You have strong contractual drafting and negotiation skills, and you are creative and rigorous with attention to details;
- You are autonomous with a good team spirit;
- You are willing to travel to negotiate with customers and service providers from time to time;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
