Job Posting – Sales Representative
We're looking for a driven Sales Rep to take SCS Manufacturing products across Western North America and turn opportunities into wins. You'll travel (about one week a month) to meet clients face-to-face, pitch our solutions, grow accounts, and crush sales targets. If you’ve got hustle, charisma, and a knack for closing, we want you.

About Us
SCS Manufacturing, Inc. is a central Vancouver Island manufacturer of Waste Containers, Flat Decks, Gravel Boxes, and open-top containers. SCS also provides custom fabrication and design services to our clients. SCS services the Waste, Construction, Oil and Gas, Forestry, and Mining industries in Western North America.

Compensation
·$70,000 to $95,000 annually, inclusive of commission.
What You’ll Do
·Travel to client sites across Western Canada and Pacific Northwest US
·Deliver dynamic product demos and sales pitches
·Build and expand client relationships
·Hunt for new leads and close deals
·Work closely with inside sales and marketing teams
·Track your wins and keep CRM info sharp
What You Bring
·2+ years of outside sales success
·Confident presenter and skilled negotiator
·Business or Marketing education (or equivalent)
·Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills
·Self-starter with a passport and a valid driver’s license
