A staffing service provider in Markham is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll functions for over 550 employees. Key responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, managing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, excellent interpersonal skills, and is proficient with Ceridian Dayforce and ADP. This is a full-time, permanent position offering opportunities in a diverse work environment.
As a member of the Human Resource Team oversees the benefits and payroll function for 500 employees. Partners with Ceridian and ADP payroll services to process, balance and ensure compliance with HR, Finance, and company policies, procedures and processes. He/She understands the confidentiality and sensitivity of the function and has ethical business practices.
