The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a background in staffing, and be detail-oriented. The Staffing Manager is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Staffing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the staffing manager will also support all other staffing-related functions. The staffing manager will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable. Position will administer all procedures and processes regarding weekly and semi-monthly payrolls in accordance with company policies including, but not limited to analyzing, preparing and inputting payroll data. Payroll includes multi-state processing. Position will use automated payroll system as well as time and attendance system to produce accurate and timely payroll and reports as well as ensure timely payment of employees.
