We are actively recruiting a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to manage claims directly with third parties and who enjoys working in a team environment. • Interpret, evaluate, and determine policy coverage
• Investigate, evaluate, and settle minor bodily injury claims
• Ensure accurate and timely reserves are set
• Communicate effectively with customers, brokers, and business partners
• Document and summarize file activity/analysis in a digital file
• Support and promote Aviva’s claim and litigation philosophy

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of bodily injury claim process and relevant legislation
• Familiarity with determining liability in auto tort cases
• Ability to interpret medical terminology
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Resourcefulness, flexibility, and integrity
• A good sense of humor
• A committed teammate with a positive outlook
• Minimum of 1-2 years claims adjusting experience or equivalent
