A leading telecommunications company in Ottawa is seeking a Data and Voice Network Incident Manager. The role requires strong technical skills in troubleshooting SDWAN, MPLS, and Internet services, along with leadership capabilities to manage major incidents. A Federal Government Secret Security Clearance is required.
