We are seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial Project Manager with Business Development Experience to lead the growth of TRACTEBEL's engineering consulting business in Québec. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, securing key projects, and managing strategic contracts across the Power & Water sectors, including Renewables, Battery Energy Storage System, Gas, Hydropower, Pumped Storage, and Transmission. You will play an instrumental role in enhancing our market presence by engaging with key stakeholders and positioning TRACTEBEL as a trusted player in the Québec energy consulting space.
You will lead the newly established Montréal office and report directly to the Managing Director based in Toronto. As part of TRACTEBEL Inc.'s expansion in Canada, you will help build a local engineering team and bring TRACTEBEL Group's global expertise to the Canadian market.
You will have access to a wide range of top-notch in-house training courses, for example, to enhance your knowledge of a Pump Storage Plant.
This is a unique opportunity to join a solid company operating in a start-up mode in Canada, with the potential to quickly grow into a key leadership role.

Salary Range : $111,900.00 - $160,885.00 CAD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
