A long-term care facility in Ottawa seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to oversee resident care and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will have a current RN certificate, strong teamwork skills, and compassion for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

The Registered Practical Nurse reports to the Director of Care and is expected to coordinate and oversee all aspects of resident focused delivery of care. Provide direct supervision, leadership and education to other members of the healthcare team. Acts as a resource advocate for residents, families, and staff. Promotes the values, goals, and philosophy of the Home.
