About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the maintenance and enhancement of risk data management systems, ensuring accurate and efficient monitoring of risk exposure. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to automate business processes, analyze data, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and organize scheduled and ad hoc data processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain key risk indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide guidance on data management and analytical solutions.
• Work with data owners to source and integrate data from internal and external systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to training and awareness initiatives related to risk data.
• Support the design and implementation of core business processes.
• Maintain operational procedures and documentation.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python for data automation and analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Familiarity with capital markets trading products and market risk measures.
• Understanding of risk management theory and portfolio management.
• Experience in testing and change management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
