Overview
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Lead Operational Resilience planning sessions to determine GBM Canada critical business services, impact tolerances, process mapping and vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Assist with Operational Resilience self-assessments for all GBM Canada critical business services.
- Contributes to Operational Resilience efforts to prevent, adapt, respond to, recover, and learn from operational disruptions in collaboration with other BLs and risk management groups (ECM, GRM, etc.).
- Prepare operational resilience related materials for exercises, committees, crisis task forces, and working groups (external and internal).
- Coordinate and align with other regions for Operational Resilience.
- Assist with audit remediation efforts for GBM operational resilience issues.
- Assist Manager of Operational Resilience with other duties as required.
- Understand how the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with client's values, Code of Conduct and Global Sales Principles while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligation with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
- Prior experience with Operational Resilience is required; Business Continuity experience considered an asset.
- 3-4 years as BA, exposure in stakeholder engagement & project management.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills particularly with process mapping tools (Visio), and MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point, Power BI).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial industry.

- Project management exposure and experience considered an asset.
- OSFI E-21 Knowledge.
