Shifts : Available hours are Monday-Saturday, am-pm MT. (Initial shifts may include at least one shift on Monday, Friday, or Saturday upon hiring)

A successful candidate will have :

• Ability to pass our skills assessment
• High school diploma or GED
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Relevant interpreting experience (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated, customer-focused environment
• Dexterity to operate computer equipment
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Active membership in good standing with CASLI

Job Snapshot :

Sorenson Communications is expanding its Video Relay Service. We are seeking interpreters to provide Sign-to-Voice and Voice-to-Sign interpreting services. Full and part-time positions are available in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities :

• Interpret effectively between American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English
• Maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements
• Follow Sorenson policies, CASLI/NAD-RID codes of conduct
• Adhere to attendance policies
• Complete tasks and paperwork promptly
• Maintain flexible work schedules to meet industry demands
• Learn and implement new technologies quickly
• Work effectively in a team and under oversight
• Engage in ongoing education to enhance skills
• Perform additional duties as needed
