We are seeking a Fractional CEO with deep experience in the cosmetic industry to lead growth strategy, brand positioning, and retail expansion during this pivotal stage.
- Direct overall strategy and operations for Bene Bellezza’s growth
- Leverage existing industry connections to open retail, wholesale, and influencer distribution channels
- Oversee product launch plans, marketing alignment, and brand partnerships
- Establish scalable systems for operations, reporting, and sales performance
- Provide weekly updates directly to the Founder
- Proven track record of executive leadership in the cosmetic or beauty industry
- Strong network of industry connections and ties (retail, wholesale, influencer, or manufacturing)
- 7+ years in cosmetics/CPG leadership (CEO, COO, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling a beauty brand from early-stage to multi-channel distribution
- Strong ability to balance luxury branding with operational execution
- Build and scale a luxury beauty brand positioned for rapid growth
- $100/hour, flexible hours based on scope and deliverables
- Opportunity to transition into a longer-term leadership role after initial 60–90 days
