Responsibilities

• Review evidence across breast cancer subtypes (HR+ / HER2-, HER2+, TNBC) and treatment settings (neo- / adjuvant, metastatic).
• Assess utility of therapies such as CDK4 / 6 inhibitors, PARP inhibitors, ADCs, and genomic assays (e.g., Oncotype DX).
• Provide clear summaries and treatment rationales, including sequencing and escalation / de-escalation strategies.
• Join virtual expert meetings and respond to follow-ups within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Canadian clinician (e.g., Medical Oncologist, Breast Surgeon, Radiation Oncologist, or NP within scope).
• 5+ years of recent experience treating breast cancer.
• Strong evidence appraisal and scientific writing skills.
