A leading technology firm in Canada is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management for its operations. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure sustainable growth. The role is remote and offers a competitive salary package between CAD 150,000 and CAD 200,000 and a robust benefits plan.

The Director of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, reporting, risk management, and capital allocation to ensure strong financial health and support sustainable growth. The Director of Finance will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team, driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long‑term value creation.
You will lead a lean, high‑performing team, including a FinOps team with a Finance Manager, and drive tax reporting, contract governance and redlines, as well as oversee forecasting and AP functions. We service 30 separate Constellation owned Vertical Market Software (VMS) businesses today with our sights set on supporting payments for the Constellation ecosystem.

Target Compensation: The total annual compensation for this role is estimated between $150,000 and $200,000 CAD.
Compensation Structure: This range includes both the base salary and eligibility for company‑wide annual performance incentives or bonuses. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
