A leading insurance agency in Missouri is seeking licensed life insurance agents to join their rapidly growing team. No prior sales experience is necessary, and the company offers comprehensive training, including a sponsored pre-licensing course. Agents can earn competitive commissions starting at 70% and receive support services that include CRM access and sales training. This position allows for flexibility in sales approach and no territorial restrictions.

No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or such. We work with clients who filled out forms, whether digital or physical, that are curious in learning more about life insurance. No bait and switch tactics like majority of the industry. We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and also traditional mortgage protection.
Highest starting compensation in the industry. Unlike the traditional companies which start you at 25% or 40% commission, our typical agents are starting at 70% and can go all the way up to 140%.
