• BA/BS Degree (preferably in Computer Science/Management) and 10 years of related experience
• Must have and maintain Secret Clearance
• Current SEC+ Certification
• PMP or Agile Methodology Certification (such as Scrum Master Certification)
• Minimum of five (5) years of management and supervision in military project management

• Knowledge of computer-based tools for project management
• Experience with Agile methodology and innovative problem-solving in project management
