Responsibilities

• Meet with property owners to assess rental units and tenant readiness.
• Collect keys and install lockboxes.
• Show rental units and assist tenants with applications.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate or sales roles.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to connect clearly with clients.
• Strong Sales Mindset: Drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: Manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments and follow-ups.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle: Required for property visits (fuel covered by us).
• Availability to Work Evenings and Weekends: Flexibility to meet client needs.
