Kurita Canada has an immediate need for a Field Technical Service Representative. As a Field Technical Service Representative, you will represent the company and provide valuable services to our customers.
The Field Technical Service Representative will complete work assignments and service accounts according to previous contracts and commitments. Responsibilities include conducting in-plant water sampling, analyzing and reporting results, collecting operating data on equipment, and maintaining/monitoring the chemical feed program. The role also involves completing specialized studies, communicating effectively with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams, and supporting the sales force as needed.
This individual is responsible for participating in the field training program, acquiring technical and mechanical knowledge, developing customer and prospect rapport, understanding customer operations, and contributing to the sales and service team.
Job Title: Field Technical Service Representative
Territory/Location: Kitchener, Ontario, with service work throughout Southwestern Ontario or as assigned. The position is based out of a home office and local service depot.
Travel: 80-100% within territory
Compensation: $55K-70K CAD plus commission based on a defined program
Physical and mental requirements include safely performing tasks such as climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and industrial equipment.
