• 3+ years of background in construction project management within the general contracting world.
• Prior experience with Walmart, Sam\'s Club, or Food Lion projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate with client\'s construction managers.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
