They have enabled more than 10,000 brand campaigns and represent more than 100,000 collegiate athletes. This 90-employee firm ($40 million total funding), which has signed lucrative deals with companies like Pepsi, Toyota, Peacock, and EA Sports, is seeking a Senior Media Account Executive to sell $150k to $500k+ influencer and social media campaigns to major brands and agencies. This is a work-from-home role, but you must live in a major media metro area.
This end-to-end solution enables brands to launch scalable, authentic influencer campaigns with athletes nationwide, quickly and compliantly, without requiring in-house NIL expertise or additional operational burden.
This role involves selling a full-funnel, customized influencer marketing solution built around NIL and athlete-created content.
• Individual contributor role, working from your home office. Up to 40% regional and national travel.
• $150k to $175k base, commensurate with previous revenue performance. OTE is double your base. Uncapped comp plan starts paying from dollar one, with accelerators retroactively applied once you hit quota.
• Compensation plan includes accelerators, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and company equity.
• You must have experience selling influencer marketing social media campaigns – this is a unique selling motion, and we need someone to ramp quickly.
• Bonus points if you are familiar with NIL, creator marketing, or digital/social media campaigns.
• You have sold custom or conceptual solutions; we don’t sell widgets here, we build unique solutions for each customer, based on their marketing goals.
