A nonprofit organization is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support fundraising operations and ensure financial integrity. This remote part-time position, suitable for up to 30 hours a week, involves maintaining accurate donation records, conducting audits, and managing donor inquiries. Hourly Wage: $16 - $23

Position Summary:
The Compliance Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s financial integrity by assisting with the day-to-day fundraising operations. This position requires someone that is highly detail-oriented and organized when confronted with large amounts of data. The role helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, auditing, and data coordination across fundraising and business operations.
Additionally, the role is instrumental in responding to external inquiries from stakeholders and donors. This includes following up with email and voicemails, responding to frequently asked questions, and elevating important or urgent concerns to the President, Treasurer, or other PTP staff.
This is a part-time, hourly position, and may be remote from anywhere in the US. Employees may work up to 30 hours per week, with hours are available during evening or weekends, though a consistent and regular schedule is expected. There are no formal education requirements for this position. People of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
