About the role:
We’re looking for our Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will be responsible for identifying pipeline opportunities for our sales team within a set of target accounts. This person will own the end-to-end process of account selection, contact selection, outreach strategy, and messaging. As we are still a growing company, this person will also help build the Outbound playbook, partnering closely with our sales team to help achieve our company pipeline and revenue goals.

We’re excited about you because you have:

• A deep desire to help build the data observability category. You display a company-first attitude in your decision-making and attitude

• Comfortability with ambiguity, change, and an incredibly fast-paced working environment

• A bias towards speed

• 1+ years work experience in a pipeline generation role or a heavy process orientation role

• Demonstrated track record in an early stage company or highly ambiguous environment

• Experience with a complex and consultative sales process

• A humble mindset - you're not afraid to speak up and ask for help when you need it
