A well-established Alberta-based insurance brokerage is seeking an Account Executive – Farm to take over and service a strong, existing farm portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to inherit a stable book of business while continuing to build relationships and identify growth opportunities within the agricultural community.

About You

  • Experienced in farm or agricultural insurance with a solid understanding of client needs and rural markets.
  • Relationship-driven and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
  • Licensed to sell insurance in Alberta (Level 1 or 2).
  • Ideally located in Southern Alberta.
  • Work environment:Remote, with access to an office if needed.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission structure; flexibility to tailor based on individual strengths and preferences.
