At SCA, we prioritize the continuous growth and development of our people. We aim to provide opportunities for you to learn new skills throughout your career with us. Our new internal talent development program, SCA GIGS, is designed to empower our employees with opportunities to upskill and gain valuable insights across all functions of the business.
This program involves Roadies (employees) applying for opportunities to shadow teams or work on cross-functional projects run by a GIG Manager (Project / Team Managers) within their normal working hours.
Unleash your inner scriptwriter with the Sydney Creative Team! We're on the hunt for a few Roadies to dive into the world of audio advertising.
This GIG kicks off with a one-hour in-person training session focused on writing for voice and writing to time. Once you've learned the basics of script formatting and timing, you could progress to real-world projects and build the foundational skills needed to evolve into a full-fledged audio creative. Think: commercial storytelling, comedy, and more.
Location : Anywhere!
To apply for the Roadie position for this GIG, please first consult with your manager to confirm that you and your team have the capacity to take on this opportunity. Once confirmed, click "Apply Now" to complete the application form. If your skills match the requirements of this project, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to discuss next steps.
If you're seeking additional support or a specific skillset, consider posting a GIG. Visit the SCA GIGS landing page and submit your new GIG request. Otherwise, reach out for more info.
