JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Chief Architecture, you will develop architectural studies, designs, plans, and contract documents for NCC projects and provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders such as other NCC employees, partners, government departments etc. You will participate in the delivery of projects in the commercial, residential, agricultural and infrastructure portfolios. Your responsibilities will include developing and evaluating architectural design components, providing continuous design input throughout all development stages, and collaborating with professionals from various disciplines to resolve design issues.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with an acceptable specialization in Architecture.
LICENCE
Must be a member of l’Ordre des Architectes du Québec (OAQ) or Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).
EXPERIENCE
Five to eight years of experience holding progressively significant responsibilities in Architecture and in each of the following criteria :

Visit to construction project sites where protective equipment such as hard hats and safety shoes may be required. May involve standing, walking, and navigating various work terrains.
