As the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll act as a key partner to the Director, Integrated Marketing, supporting strategic planning and performance reporting with the Data Analytics team, and serving as the go-between for Marketing Operations and key internal stakeholder groups. You will play a critical role in driving overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness; visibility into marketing performance by focusing on technologies, reporting and analytics; and instituting best-in-class operational processes. You will have operational oversight of the marketing budget, with responsibility for continuously improving the return on investment (ROI) of marketing investments and providing strategic counsel to enhance the financial performance and business impact of marketing activities. You will also be accountable for all vendor and agency contract management.

The role is multidisciplinary and an integral part of creating an integrated marketing center of excellence, with key areas of responsibility including :

Track spend and performance across teams and channels. Help us make tradeoffs between time, money, and people – ensuring resources are appropriately applied in service of delivering on our organizational goals.
