A major insurance brokerage in Fort St. John is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to promote a full suite of insurance products. The ideal candidate will manage customer expectations, negotiate with underwriters, and achieve sales results through strong relationship building. As a Commercial Account Executive, you have the opportunity to promote HUB’s full suite of insurance products and services from a recognized global leader in the industry. Through our Sales Enablement team, our producers are supported by best‑in‑class research tools and programs to continuously provide timely insight and information to our customers. The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., discretionary draw plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected draw plus commission will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Due to the variable nature of this sales‑based compensation structure, more definitive prospective information is not possible.
