In this exciting, dual role, you will embrace opportunities to come alongside our YMCA leaders and teams to support their recruitment and talent needs, along with providing administrative support to our People Operations teams to triage employee inquiries about our People programs. As we continue to align our policies and procedures across our organization and work through a major upgrade to our HRIS system, you will also have an opportunity to contribute to process improvements and project activities. We are working to simplify, streamline, and automate our processes, and need a creative, innovative, self-motivated change champion to coordinate our people operations practices. You will partner with an amazing team to provide administration and coordination support as required on the development and maintenance of existing people programs. Key Areas : Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information, deal with people tactfully at all times, and ability to multitask in a time-sensitive environment with strong attention to detail and completion of processes.
This role requires regular travel across the region, which may not always be easily accessible through public transit.The employee must be able to arrange their own transportation to these sites.A valid G driver’s license and full-time vehicle access are strongly recommended.
