We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and help attract exceptional talent that supports our rapid growth and high-performance culture.

The Recruitment Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles including manufacturing roles and office positions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented talent acquisition professional who brings strong sourcing capability, excellent candidate experience management skills, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality shortlists.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Use advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, networks, niche forums) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles such as engineers, CNC machinists, assemblers, and technical specialists.
  • Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
  • Support employer branding initiatives through career page updates, social media content, job fair participation, and recruitment events.
  • Represent Adamson Systems at industry events, campus engagements, and hiring fairs to promote our brand and culture.
4. Recruitment Operations
  • Draft compelling job descriptions and postings aligned with department needs and company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
5. Onboarding Coordination
  • Work closely with HR Manager to support smooth onboarding and new hire integration.
  • Prepare offer letters, coordinate pre-employment checks, and ensure new-hire documentation is complete.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, from an engineering/manufacturing organization.
  • Experience sourcing technical and skilled trades roles is a must.
Technical Skills
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools - ADP Workforce Now will be an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume recruitment.
