A leading educational institution in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a committed individual for a permanent clerical position. The role includes providing clerical support, maintaining school attendance and student records, and assisting with public relations communications. Candidates should possess a Secondary School Diploma and proficiency in word processing. This position offers 21 hours per week and aims to create an inclusive environment for all applicants.

Today, this area is home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island. We acknowledge that the Durham Region forms a part of the traditional and treaty territory of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation, the Mississauga Peoples and the treaty territory of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation. Under the direction of the School Secretary and Principal to assist in maintaining the efficiency and continuity of the operation of the school to assist in communications with staff, students and parents. Duties may vary but will include some of the following:
