Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years (for Degree) and 6 years (for Diploma) experience in Operations.
• Working experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments and external parties for resident needs.
• Supervise Operations and Facility Technician & Assistant.
• Plan building maintenance activities and preventive schedules.
• Liaise with vendors for supplies and services management.
• Manage IT matters and implement innovations.
• Prepare statistics and management reports.
