Boosted.ai is expanding our People team, and we’re looking for a People & Talent Specialist to support our growing organization with a blend of talent acquisition, people operations, and culture‑building responsibility. You’ll work closely with our HR Manager to deliver a thoughtful, inclusive employee experience while taking the lead on recruitment during active hiring periods, especially for technical roles in engineering, product, and data. You will also own Boosted.ai’s co‑op hiring program, support HR operations for both Canadian and US employees, and help drive team events and office management.
