Our client is sourcing a Senior Financial Analyst for a 15-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

• Deliver accurate, timely financial analyses and presentations to support decisions by management, executives, and the board
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions
• Build, improve, and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support models in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Provide financial advice and operational guidance to non-financial leaders, helping them understand results and drivers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations with proper documentation and audit support
• Design and implement process improvements, financial models, and data flows to enhance efficiency across Finance, HR, IT, and other departments
• Oversee payroll entries, position management, and staffing metrics, ensuring confidentiality and supporting strategic workforce planning
• Manage compliance reporting including T4 preparation and other regulatory submissions
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating data quality, streamlining reporting, and developing new internal control and procurement processes
• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-department initiatives while mentoring staff and sharing financial expertise

About You

• 5+ years in accounting / finance with at least 2 years in FP&A
• Highly skilled in excel and power BI
• CPA is required
• Systems Experience is Sage is an asset
• Industry – Healthcare is an asset
• ERP implementation experience is an asset
• Collaborative and detail orientated – meeting regularly with nonfinance professionals
• Polished and well communicative enough to make executive presentations

$110,000 / YEAR
