A leading beauty salon in Burnaby is seeking a Full-Time Hairstylist to join their team. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in hair cutting, styling, and treatment, along with a secondary school education. The position includes supervising apprentices and managing client appointments to ensure quality service.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in hairstyling required.
- Completion of secondary school is necessary.
Responsabilités
- Cut, trim, wave, and style hair based on client preferences.
- Analyze hair and scalp conditions and provide treatment.
- Supervise apprentices and manage appointment bookings.

· Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on Experience)
· Number of Positions: 1
Job Duties:
· Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair, follow according to client’s instructions or preferences
· Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages
· Clean the hair pieces and apply hair extensions
· Analyze hair and scalp condition and shampoo customers hair with suitable care products
· Provide custom hair and scalp treatment
· Suggest hair style compatible with client’s physical features and preference
· Supervise apprentices in training, and other hair stylists
· May perform receptionist duties and book appointments for clients
· Maintain and order supplies
Job requirements:

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
