As the Senior Legal Counsel (Technology), Commercial, you will serve as a subject matter expert for complex technology engagements, providing business clients with advice on high-value transactions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Office of the General Counsel is a national, high-performing team of legal professionals dedicated to providing expert legal advice to Deloitte Canada and its leadership. The OGC consists of approximately 40 members including lawyers, paralegals, law clerks and paraprofessionals. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $260,000, with eligibility for a bonus program.
