Job summary
A leading HR consultancy firm is seeking a Marketing Executive to oversee online shop operations and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or Manufacturing. This role includes analyzing campaign performance and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Competitive salary of $3200 – $4000 will be offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in managing campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of online shops.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends.

Salary: $3200 – $4000
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of online shops (on platform- Shopee, Lazada / RedMart, TikTok shop & etc.)
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu), live-ecommerce, KOL paid ads and SEO
- Creating and managing content, such as product info, product photos, video and RTB
- Analyzing performance metrics, data and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities
- Co‑ordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and external partners
- Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or Business Communications
- At least 2 or 3 years working experiences in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Digital marketing & Content strategy
