The Headlines:

Six Pints Collective is currently seeking a Retail Clerk to join our team at the Brewery based in Creemore, Ontario. Being part of the retail team means working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As a Retail Clerk, this role represents the brewery, ensuring every guest experiences the warm, small-town hospitality that Creemore is known for. Providing friendly, knowledgeable service is essential to creating a welcoming and engaging experience.

The Responsibilities:

• Representing the brewery and its products with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Assisting with sales and conducting tours in the on-site retail store.
• Stocking merchandise shelves and beer fridges multiple times throughout the day.
• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer.
• Managing phone inquiries and performing basic administrative tasks.
• Handling cash transactions and operating the POS system while maintaining the till float.
• Providing beer samples and assisting in educating guests about our products.

The Other Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Excellent public relations skills and the ability to deliver a friendly, customer-focused experience are essential.
• Availability to work 32+ hours per week with a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs frequently; frequent standing and walking throughout the shift, occasional kneeling, and ascending or descending ladders and stairs.
• Experience in sales, event coordination, marketing, or public speaking is highly regarded.
