A leading industrial automation company in Canada is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead their team of Technical Account Managers. You will be responsible for developing customer success strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Automation sector.
