Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a new Retrofit Project Coordinator to join us.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage retrofit projects, including communication with clients and various internal departments (engineering, PLC, optimization, etc.).
  • Follow up on production and delivery dates.
  • Organize installations when required, which may involve on-site presence.
  • Provide follow-up with the client after installation/start-up.
  • Ensure that parts manuals are reviewed and sent to clients.
  • Collect important technical details from clients.
  • Organize and coordinate various meetings.
  • Provide spare parts lists and follow up with clients accordingly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • College diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration (with experience in a manufacturing company and CRM usage), or any other equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant experience using a CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
