Big Mamma is a French-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe, including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

Your Mission
- Manage daily bar operations alongside the Bar Manager.
- Delegate tasks, coach, support the team, run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members, and train staff.
- Participate in monthly inventory, assist with ordering, and implement seasonal menu changes.
- Maintain health and safety standards, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar.
- Create a magical experience for customers, ensuring they have the best moment of their day.

Your Skills
- Big smile and passion for Italian food.
- Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in bar knowledge, including classic cocktails.
- Previous experience as a bar supervisor or assistant bar manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
