Position Summary

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and operationalizing new business opportunities. The position focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving revenue and profitability, and enabling growth through the creation and commercialization of data‑driven products and services. A key aspect of this role is providing customers to unlock access to actionable insights and advanced analytics through our proprietary platform, empowering them to make data‑informed decisions and achieve measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do…

This role identifies, negotiates, and closes new partnership opportunities across diverse industries. The position may involve balancing commercial opportunities with data security and customer trust. Collaboration with product development teams to explore and accelerate new business plans is essential. Utilizing a consultative approach, the role evaluates new business opportunities, analyzes competitors, recommends strategies, and leads negotiations to secure new business.

The role also focuses on creating and iterating long‑term growth strategies to capture market share and improve customer value propositions. This may include analyzing the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. The position may advocate for resource prioritization and secure necessary investments by influencing leadership and effectively communicating goals and achievements.

End‑to‑end management of the sales cycle and legal contracts with internal stakeholders ensures favorable terms aligning with company objectives. Regular sales reports and performance metrics are managed, along with addressing operational questions. Strategic relationships with external partners are fostered, and their performance is managed against established KPIs. The role provides strategic leadership by creating roadmaps focused on service development and leading discussions on long‑range plans for growth.

Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and ensure team alignment with organizational priorities.

Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance, skill growth, and long‑term career development.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑trust team culture that encourages innovation and accountability.

Qualifications
  • Startup or new product/business experience and mindset a plus
  • Experience in retail/eCommerce, B2B products, or data/analytics industries a plus
