What you´ll do
  • Education and promotion of HCB-HP brands, including product knowledge and technical application classes in person and digitally.
  • Execute annual education strategy set out by brands as it pertains to launches, product focuses and NCA activities.
  • Maintaining customer relationships, including education, events and POG reviews and merchandising of salon color bar and retail areas.
  • Quarterly education reviews with key salon accounts, including planning education visits and events minimum 3-4 months in advance.
  • Conduct in salon/classroom or digital cluster classes based on the needs of the territory.
  • Complete request forms and order product required for ASK Education Seminars.
  • Use of Henkel Planning Platform as exclusive planning calendar tool.
  • Assist with backstage color preparation for brand related live or digital events.
  • Working with DSO Sales Consultants to develop and close salon targets within a territory.
  • Support talent development by mentoring contract educators and ensuring they uphold brand standards.
  • Participate in national or regional meetings to align on goals, share insights, and collaborate on education initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends to provide feedback to the Education Manager and help evolve local education strategies.
  • Manage budgets for regional education activities as assigned, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure all education touchpoints reflect brand standards in technique, consultation, professionalism, and visual presentation.
  • Weekly reporting to Education Manager.
