We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant delivers delicious and safe meals to our customers while adhering to food safety standards.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during all aspects of food handling and preparation.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in minimizing waste.

• Proven experience as a Cook or in other roles within the food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy great meals.
