Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution across WordPress client projects while ensuring alignment with client needs
• Collaborate with UX, design, and project management teams during the discovery and planning phases
• Architect and build WordPress sites using modern development practices, including custom themes and plugins
• Mentor developers and provide architectural guidance to uphold quality standards
• Meet directly with clients to clarify technical requirements and discuss challenges and solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of WordPress experience in a professional setting
• Deep expertise in WordPress architecture and custom development
• Proficient in JavaScript, React, PHP, and SQL
• Strong understanding of full-site editing, templates, and block patterns
