Staples Canada in Vaughan is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to champion the customer experience in the wireless department, helping customers and business clients achieve their working and learning goals with the latest wireless products, services and trends.

You will grow your knowledge through ongoing self-development, share expertise with the store team, and stay current with offers while meeting personal sales goals and maintaining merchandising standards, privacy, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed customer needs; be an expert with our product and services. Promote value through follow-up and referrals.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and drive referrals.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal channels and escalate customer concerns when needed.
